CBSE result 2020: CBSE 12th, 10th result to be declared by July 15

CBSE RESULT 2020 : The Central Board of Secondary Education on Friday informed the Supreme Court that CBSE 12th and CBSE 10th result would be announced by July 15, 2020. This comes a day after the board decided to cancel the Class X and XII examinations scheduled from July 1-15 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and they would be conducted later.

The apex court approved the assessment scheme submitted by CBSE in the court about remaining board exams. Class 10 and class 12 exams will not be held for remaining papers and the board may allow students to appear for the exam at a later date when the situation is conducive. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the court that it was a pro-students measure.

The top court said that when CBSE notifies exam dates, it can give students ample time to decide if they wish to appear for the exams or not.

 शीर्ष अदालत ने सीबीएसई द्वारा शेष बोर्ड परीक्षाओं के बारे में अदालत में प्रस्तुत आकलन योजना को मंजूरी दे दी।  कक्षा 10 और कक्षा 12 की परीक्षाएं शेष पेपर के लिए आयोजित नहीं की जाएंगी और बोर्ड स्थिति अनुकूल होने पर छात्रों को बाद की तारीख में परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति दे सकता है।  सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने अदालत को बताया कि यह छात्रों के लिए एक उपाय था।

शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा कि जब सीबीएसई परीक्षा की तारीखों को अधिसूचित करता है, तो यह छात्रों को यह तय करने का पर्याप्त समय दे सकता है कि वे परीक्षा में शामिल होना चाहते हैं या नहीं।
